It needs to be asked.
He’s 78 years old. He rambles and doesn’t make sense. He looks lost and confused more often than not.
He seems to be on remote, repeating the same nonsensical talking points time and again. Praising fictional killer Hannibal Lector. Babbling about sharks.
To any reasonable observer, Trump is not a well man. But add to that he’d be 81 years old at the end of his proposed second term—well, that’s just not anywhere we should go.
As early as February, polls showed that nearly 60% of Americans believed Trump is too old to be president. It’s time that Trump and his party faced reality.
Or they can face the truth as delivered by voters in November. I think it would be better for Donald Trump to go quietly now.
