It is, in fact, very difficult to effectively target the small number of people responsible for injustices. While Just Stop Oil may be ineffective and inconveniencing innocent people, they ARE taking action at great personal sacrifice. They are willing to go to jail for their cause.

I understand their shortcomings but admire their sincerity, their fortitude, and their personal sacrifice.

My group, The Saners, does target the actual offenders but is more positively focused on applying moral force rather than punishing the offenders.

I understand why this approach is rare. It’s exceedingly difficult and figuring out what to do challenges the imagination.

Our approach tries to emulate Gandhi and King, first by loudly and publicly exposing the injustices and then by making it difficult and ultimately impossible for the wrongdoers to continue business as usual.
