It’s not about blame. The problem is that the arsonists are still in charge of putting out the fire.

We don’t need to blame them. But we do need to stop them.

And we already know what the plan is—to listen to the climate scientists say and do what they recommend. But our leaders won’t do it and our systems will block it.
