I’ve stopped everything digital in the morning until 9am. This alone was a startling eye-opener.

Practice going a day or two without the internet.
No computer, no phone live like it’s the 1890s.
Having tried this I can tell you it has a very positive effect on your mental health and could become a regular thing. It’s like intermittent fasting.
