Keri—you are spot on and you speak plainly and clearly. Greed and bigotry are the underpinning of our (sick) society. In reality, we have more than enough for everyone to live a healthy life. In reality, there is no "other"—just more people like ourselves.

This is also the ethics of The Saners, a climate activist group that also intends to establish a humane and sustainable society. We recognize that it is literally insane to willfully ruin the planet we all live on—or to allow others to ruin it. Similarly, we understand that a society that rewards greed, excuses cruelty, and promotes bigotry, all while WASTING billions of human lives in ridiculous labor, producing useless crap to further enrich a greedy undeserving few is a DEAD END.
