Let's stop talking about money and start talking about LIFE. Stop paying attention to those "leaders." They are the people responsible for this crisis—those people and their systems. NO SOLUTIONS WILL COME THROUGH THEM.

We must disobey the leaders and the systems. You are right—rich people are oppressing poor people. But we aren't going to negotiate with or persuade those rich people. They are making their money from oil, and they are deeply committed to growing their wealth and power by pumping more oil.

We must remove their authority and power through exposure, through ridicule, through noncooperation, through strikes. We must overwhelm them and go around them.

We are being helped by Nature striking back. Their leadership and their systems are being overwhelmed by heatwaves, wildfires, droughts, floods, shortages, killer storms and more. Those leaders aren't really all that powerful. In fact, they are way out of their depth. They will soon give up and flee.

Repairing the Earth (insofar as that's possible) is up to us. WE know what to do: put climate scientists in charge of an emergency worldwide program to immediately slash carbon emissions—sharply—and take every possible measure to stabilize our collapsing climate.

We know that our leaders lack the competence, intelligence or moral standing to fix anything. We know that the YOUNG will inherit this ruined planet and that YOUNG CLIMATE ACTIVISTS are the people with the standing to lead.

There are more than a billion people who, at the moment, still think they are powerless. But they aren't. They are powerful once they decide to disobey leaders and systems, once they decide to do what's required. Once they realize that the world is filled with sane and caring people—most of whom think (wrongly) that they are alone.

We will discover each other, discover our power, remember that power comes from our work, our production, that WE run the world and don't need to take orders.

Let's remove the failed leaders, let's take charge, let deal directly and forcefully to protect the Earth and our children's future. We can do this. We WILL do this.

But we should start NOW.
