Let's tell Mr. Alito (I won't use the "J" word to refer to him) that, under the Constitution, there is no power of judicial review for the SCOTUS. That is, he has no power to strike down Roe v. Wade or any other law.
The Court simply TOOK that power in 1803 with the case Marbury v. Madison.
So, stop giving us selective lessons on the what the Constitution says or means. WE CAN READ!
