Look, to survive and to DESERVE to survive, any system of government and any economic system must meet one MINIMUM requirement—it must pass along a habitable planet to the next generation.
This government and system—and indeed ALL governments and systems today—fail that test. They are extractive economics based on greed and power, lightly camouflaged by elections to give the veneer of legitimacy.
These systems and failed leaders have bit off more than they can chew. With the climate collapse now starting—a collapse they themselves engineered in their foolishness—they are way out of their depth.
As our civilization is repeatedly batters by storms, floods, shortages, droughts, heatwaves and worse—failed leaders will either flee or be driven out. Nobody will obey the rules that caused this crisis.
The idea is for sane caring people to take over. And to implement a worldwide rescue mission for our Earth, run by climate scientists and supported by young climate activists—the generation that will inherit this ruined planet.
Many terrible and now unavoidable things will happen. But, on the plus side, the old failed systems powered by greed, fear, hatred, power lust and bigotry will disappear. And we will build a better society based on empathy, caring, our common humanity, and a deep and enduring respect for Nature.
Let's get this going. Sooner is better, for obvious reasons.
