Maybe the scientists didn’t explain the details well enough for slow-witted science illiterate Americans. But the overall message was crystal clear: stop pumping CO2 into the air or your children and grandchildren will struggle for survival on a hellhole planet of your own making.

Action isn’t up to the scientists: it’s up to human beings in positions of power IF they love their children. The people in power apparently don’t love their children.
