Most workers recognize that their bosses HAMPER their work with stupid questions, constant interruptions and demands that require an enormous amount of wasted time Covering One's Ass.

Commuting to and from the office saps workers of the energy, wastes gas, damages the climate. Nothing of value is added by going to the office, except to feed the egos of useless managers and executives who need somebody to boss around to feel important.

Oh, and what about the cost of all that unneeded office space?

In fact, the people who DO the work are the ones who understand it best. Managers know very little and CEOs are absolutely clueless.

But "experts" and consultants will continue mouthing off in their overconfident ignorance. That's fine. Not my problem.
