In the Oz — Fetterman debate, the media highlighted effects of a stroke on Fetterman. Media puts the Democrat on the defensive. Meanwhile, the clear words of the Constitution make it indisputable that Oz is ineligible to run for or hold office. The 14th amendment states that anyone who provides aid or comfort to insurrectionists cannot hold federal or state office.

The words are absolutely clear and unambiguous. We SAW the insurrection on January 6th with our own eyes. Oz is openly supportive and sympathetic to the insurrectionists.

Ah, but there’s one small problem: the Constitution provides no mechanism for enforcing that rule. At least that’s the excuse.

In short, the Democrats don’t have the votes (or perhaps the will) to enforce the Constitution.

In reality, that’s no excuse at all. Every elected Federal official takes an oath to defend the Constitution. Enforcement is their job — the job of every single one of them, whatever party.

Every single official who fails to speak out and demand the expulsion of “officials” serving illegally are VIOLATING THEIR OWN OATHS and failing at a central responsibility of their jobs.
