No technology will save us because it won’t even be used to significantly benefit us. Yes, clean energy replacing coal and oil and gas would help. But we’ve had solar and wind and other clean energy for decades and use of fossil fuels continues to INCREASE and C02 emissions continue to INCREASE.

That’s a deliberate decision by leadership worldwide, along with their partners (the senior partners, actually), the petro-plutocrats who make policy.

Our only chance is to ditch the extraction economy and endless senseless and impossible growth and learn to live as part of Nature rather than as Nature’s destroyer.

The people in charge want you to believe that this is impossible. They’re lying. (Big surprise.) But we need to get rid of them first. WE CAN.
