Ok, Mr. Big Shot Climate Abuser. Repair the Earth or No Grandchildren.
I have often said that to fix our planet’s climate, we need to exercise more imagination. A small number of people — maybe a few thousand worldwide, determine how our energy is supplied. They are having a grand old profitable time destroying the climate with fossil fuels, raking in the cash, and living the lives of kings.
These people are literally the stupidest people on the planet. Why? Because these people understand that they are ruining the climate and dooming their own offspring. There is nobody stupider than a person who knows better yet chooses to do stupid things.
If they live long enough — and they may not — they will deeply regret their decision. Because their children and grandchildren, along with literally billions of other people, will loathe them. And these fools will not be able to say, “sorry, I made a mistake,” because their actions were not a mistake. Their choice to destroy the climate for profit was a conscious decision.
