Overall, the media has been soft-peddling and diminishing the very real existential crisis of climate destruction. Actual climate scientists have been warning us directly and with urgency for a long time. It’s as if during World War II, the Battle of the Bulge was buried on page 26.

Without immediate and sharp slashing of C02 emission, we are toast. (Nicely browned, both sides, until dead.) Yet some people are trying to wordsmith and nitpick details.

So, you don’t think it’s the highest average temperatures in 100,000 years? The media got it wrong?

Ask actual climate scientists what we are facing or, more accurately, what we are refusing to face. Ask them where we are headed.

Maybe you can’t handle the truth. Action—the required action to protect our children and our Earth—will need to be handled by the billion+ caring and sane people.

Not delayers, deniers, profiteers or quibblers.
