Personally, I’m in better financial shape than most. But it’s not about me. Nor is it about generation vs. generation. It’s about making things better for everyone going forward.

I think the so-called Great Resignation is a very good thing. It puts those in charge on notice—working people can’t be bought cheap and won’t accept abuse anymore. The people in charge need to deal with it or get out of the way.

The long run? In the long run, if we don’t challenge the people in charge, we’re all dead. The climate is rapidly being destroyed by them and neither capitalism, nor money, nor civilization can long survive. So let’s cause a ruckus. Let’s disrupt. We are under the gun and WE PRODUCE EVERYTHING.

It’s time to call their bluff. They’ve abused us so much that millions of us no longer give a f-ck about their scare tactics. THEY ARE DESTROYING THE PLANET. Even in the medium term, we’re f-cked.

I think the current situation is indicative that millions are no longer intimidated or afraid. They see what’s happening all too clearly.

It’s time for the elite to be afraid. It’s time for them to change or die.
