Prices are rising because corporations have consolidated. There’s little regulation and no anti-trust. The same people who own these corporations also buy politicians and policy—lower taxes for the ultra wealthy and other benefits—are price gouging. And, of course, they blame it on anybody but themselves. Sadly, there are many buyers.

Yep. Prices are going up because the sellers are able to raise prices. Not rocket science.
