Some trouble with the WeAreSaners.org website…
So, at the moment, I’m living a (temporary) nightmare. Some kind of conflict or something made most of my Saners data disappear from the backend of our website, WeAreSaners.org. The front end looks fine, although the forms are probably not working at the moment either.
The good news is that I have a solid very recent backup, made minutes before the problem occurred. So, I’ll be able to restore and get back to business as normal.
However, I’m hoping to find the cause of the problem before that. I know that it happens when I use a service that I was experimenting with, called Divi Dash. Something happened between that serving and the “Fluent” products I use to run a CRM, use forms and track bookings.
I’m working with tech support to try to find the problem. But I don’t like to have a live site be crippled for a long time. So, if I can’t get real help before, say, tomorrow night, I’ll simply restore and never using Divi Dash again.
Anyhow, I have other things going on…very good and promising ones. Oh, and I’m also recovering from a (mild) case of COVID.
