A (so far) fictional account of the re-birth of Occupy, merging labor and environmental movements.
The original Occupy was much derided over rigid indecisive leadership—a an activist group with no demands. This was a group that changed nothing except the conversation—people talked about income inequality for awhile. But nothing whatsoever was done about it.
The greedy fools who crashed the economy and were bailed out just a few years earlier continued on their soulless destructive path, reassured that there was no effective opposition.
And that remained the case until now.
With an assist from a very angry Mother Nature, the movement, or its successor dubbed “Re-Occupy” appeared from nowhere in 2025.
But this movement was different. Improved.
