She's giggling because our "leaders" aren't serious and are, in fact, a joke. And she's still saying "listen to the scientists" and nobody's doing that...so she's already offered solutions. There's nothing to add.

World leaders holding a 27th failed conference isn't a good look. They need to resign and sane, competent and caring people should be in charge of a worldwide emergency program to slash C02 quickly.

Anything less would be bonkers and worthy of giggles.
