So, for decades after being warned by climate scientists about the dangers of continued use of fossil fuels we have record CO2 emissions and they are INCREASING. As you know, extreme weather conditions are here with more frequent and escalating (un)natural disasters.
Shouldn't we DO something about it? Or simply dismiss those concerns as "declinism"?
For the record, I believe the scientists—they are not crackpots—and I see no sign of leaders in government or industry taking any meaningful steps that would even delay climate collapse. I think ordinary sane and caring people—who are in touch with reality—should take action.
