Thank you! I think people were ready to give up the rat race years ago. But during COVID, the abuse by employers generated enough resentment that a large number of people actually did it. That made it socially acceptable for millions to follow. And the backlash by politicians and employers convinced those who resigned that they did the right thing.

Most are never coming back. We’ve been abused, lied to, attached and insulted too many times. A grudging pitiful wage and following consultants advice to treat people nice (for business reasons) will never ever cut it.
