Thank you, Noora. I think there are far more good people—people who recognize our common humanity—than you may realize. Sadly, the fearful (and hateful) people seem to have the microphone.

I oppose all cruelty and violence and I’m mystified by people who seem to relish people’s worst instincts.

My personal focus has been the climate and protecting the Earth that everyone’s children will inherit. Nature—which leaders and their systems worldwide are destroying—needs us to take charge, to protect their future.

I want the good people of Palestine—and everywhere—to have a much better future than we are headed towards now.
