That said, I think we need to eliminate oil at the production end—not at the "demand" side.

When the ozone layer was being destroyed, Freon and aerosols were discontinued. We didn't ask people to stop buying air conditioners and hairspray—that would not have worked.

It's not about BLAMING, it's about FIXING...and using whatever method actually works.
