The "agreement" at COP 28 was hailed in the media as a breakthrough. After TWENTY EIGHT of these ridiculous charades, with all kinds of announcements including the Paris Agreement of 2015—not a goddam thing has been done by leaders anywhere except to INCREASE FOSSIL FUEL USE and ACCELERATE THE CRISIS.
