The “average person” has no effect on energy or environmental policy. Lobbyists for the fossil fuel industry have successfully largely controlled policy for decades. They are the most responsible for our climate catastrophe.

I find it amusing that you believe the executives are not to blame because the system requires maximizing profits even at the expense of killing our own children.

The Nazi system required the killing of Jews but we didn’t forgive those who were only following orders.

That said, I don’t give a f-ck about blame. I want the problem fixed. If that requires violating or dismantling the system, so be it.

Just save the planet and don’t waste time trying to persuade the average person.
