The Inflation Reduction Act is clearly insufficient to deal with the scope and severity of the crisis. It is especially pathetic given how little time we have left to prevent the worst from happening.
Petro-plutocrats have managed to increase fossil fuel use and their own profits year after year for decades. Our systems themselves will never address this problem sufficiently. That's why WE must take control and fix things. Currently, there are no responsible adults in the room.
