The main effect of these ruling is the total complete and permanent discrediting of the SCOTUS as an institution.

We won’t let insane people and ridiculous institutions like the Court threaten our lives and our planet.

Remember, in 2000, a partisan SCOTUS overruled American voters who selected a passionate climate activist as their president, and installed THEIR choice—an oil profiteers.

Nearly a quarter century later, the climate collapse is visible to all and our best chance to avoid it was removed by the Court.

Ultimately, Bush v. Gore might be the deadliest ruling in human history. They continue to protect fascism and to defile the Earth to this very day.
