The plan you outline is a good one. We need movements to try different strategies. ANYTHING that works and gets positive results is excellent. UBI would be a great improvement and open other possibilities, as you described.

The Saners has a different approach. We intend to weaken the market economy and replace it with a humane and sustainable system. In some ways, these seems more difficult than other approaches. But we suspect that a system so rotted at the very root—as out system is, built on exploitation of both people and Nature—requires a new system to replace it. Perhaps we are too ambitious or unrealistic. However, that is what The Saners intends to do.
