The solution is to disobey, hold general strikes and then set up a worldwide emergency program designed by climate scientists to fix (insofar as possible) the biosphere that the capitalists (plutocrats, actually) have brought to the edge of collapse. Anything less will allow them to complete the greatest crime against humanity in history.
