The Supreme Court Has Done More Than Anyone on Earth to Destroy the Climate And Kill All of Our Children

This is neither exaggeration, nor hyperbole

Partisan Hacks intent on turning the Earth into a lifeless slag heap

As climate scientists have warned us, we are at Code Red and this is the last chance to stabilize the climate and save our children from a post-apocalyptic hell. The EPA wanted to regulate C02 emissions. Frankly, what the EPA was proposing was too modest given the scale of the problem. But it would have been enough of an effort to credibly suggest that some people in positions of authority cared at least a tiny bit about the future of our species, and the well-being of everyone’s offspring.

The Supreme Court resolutely told the EPA “no.” In their view, the people who created the EPA could not have intended for them to regulate C02. The Court is certain that the legislators who voted to create the EPA and the administration who signed the bill into law would prefer ever deadlier storms, heatwaves and wildfires. The Court, in its wisdom, has concluded that the EPA should be powerless to try to prevent an existential crisis from ending civilization worldwide.

Okay. Let me point out something that is obvious to every member of the reality-based community, to every person who isn’t criminally insane.
