The violation of basic human rights—in this case, the government forcibly taking control of women's bodies (we call that "rape")—is not a matter of jurisdiction.
Neither the federal, nor the state governments, nor the courts, NOR ANYBODY has any justifiable power to abuse women, their rights, or their bodies.
And, if this continues, both men and women should withdraw our support from abusive authorities, go on a general strike, starting with Fridays and adding days to add pressure—until full and complete rights are restored.
