…redistribute resource from wealthier to poorer but from a static rather than growing pie of wealth. This will, of course, be fiercely resisted by the wealthy who will have to literally accept that they will become less well-off in absolute terms rather than merely forsake some portion of the greater wealth they expect in the future.
