There are all kinds of new phony benefits, the same as the optimistic sounding buzzwords sold to us throughout the decades. Anything to avoid treating people with respect or paying them what their worth…or, in many cases, even a living wage. Please. If American management is selling you something, it’s pernicious nonsense.
