There has been NO actual effort to deal with the emergency. Leaders worldwide have failed catastrophically. I think it’s fair to say they will NEVER make a serious attempt to deal with the situation. This requires US to oust them and put in place leaders who won’t evade responsibility—young climate activists who CAN’T kick the can down the road, because their generation will inherit this grievously damaged Earth.
