There’s a ridiculous conventional “wisdom” that anything and everything helps Donald Trump. That he was found guilty 34 times helps him. Of course, if he was found not guilty, that too would have helped him.

It’s all crap. These baseless reports—endlessly repeated— are what helps Trump. Fortunately, the 75+ million who voted against him last time still know that he’s a stupid selfish ass. Add all the women who are hopping mad at the entire GOP for repealing Roe and turning them into nonhuman incubators with fewer rights than a clump of cells in their own bodies…and, well, their votes could very well make the GOP go the way of the Whigs.
