Think about those conferences, we’ve had 28 of them. That’s 28 years of reporting on the crisis, reading reports and recommendations—and consistent failure of leaders to take any meaningful action. Nearly every country continued to INCREASE CO2 emissions. They failed to meet their pledges and targets. Worst of all, there is no global plan for this global markets.

In the United States, our legislation to address the climate crisis is a bill to provide incentives to companies to use more clean energy.

Can you imagine any other crisis being addressed this way? World War II? September 11th? Imagine simply giving private companies tax breaks for fighting Hitler?!

A crisis requires a plan AND real action. No country on Earth has even declared an emergency. And none have taken anything that can honestly be called emergency actions.

And they have no plan. That insane. Ordinary people—the sane and caring people of Earth, like you and me—must make up for their catastrophic failure.
