This is absurd. BEFORE this pardon, Trump already announced that he intends to pardon all of his co-insurrectionists. He is appointing criminals and sex offenders to his cabinet.

This pardon signals nothing except that a father has chosen to protect his son against an incoming president who is bent on vengeance. Hunter would certainly have been one of Trump's targets.

If anything, Biden has done too little. He should have pardoned EVERYONE who Trump hates, most of whom have never been indicted or convicted of any crimes. He SHOULD have issued blanket pardons to the Clintons, to the Obamas, to Anthony Fauci, Biden himself, and so many others.
