This is a public announcement by Trump that he won't do his job if he wins the presidential election of 2024. Because the presidential oath of office is a solemn promise to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Of course, his role of inciting an insurrections on January 6, 2021 already makes him ineligible for office, but not a single official who’s sworn to uphold the Constitution—including the SCOTUS—has made a move to uphold the 14th amendment. In effect, nearly every Federal official has violated the oath of office...but none more grievously than Trump.
