This is an excellent article. Thank you for this. I think many climate activists understand that the civilization our species has developed cannot be sustained. But we try to be focused on the most immediate and enduring disaster. That said, Saners are thinking hard about immediately slashing or ending production of everything non-essential—producing ONLY food, medicine, shelter and a few other things. We so see clearly that corporatism is a system of death, but the sane is true of whatever we consider the systems of Amchin’s, Russia and others to be.

We believe firmly that a planet with less (crap!) and more kindness will be a better planet to live on than the one we are on now. Our civilization is woefully overrated.
