This is disheartening. People should reject all violence and care about the wellbeing of all people. There aren’t good bloody attacks and bad bloody attacks. All bloody attacks are bad.

The Israel should withdraw from Gaza and the West Bank. But in a sane world, all of these people would be friends, enjoying each other’s company and welcoming one another—not fighting over land. In a sane world, there would be no countries and borders because we’d be sharing and trying to make the most out of our short lives—together in peace.

Countries can’t seem to do this. They seem to require violence, hatred and bloodshed. But individuals can befriend each other. It’s important that people identified with (stupidly) oppose sides openly befriend each other and do so publicly—exposing the lie that hatred is intractable.
