This Supreme Court is composed primarily of right wing partisan hacks. So, Trump probably will prevail.

The only chance for an actual ruling that enforces the 14th amendment would be Roberts voting that Trump provided aid and comfort—which he did many times, including telling the Insurrectionists on camera that he loves them. Roberts might rule against Trump because his name is on the Court. THIS is “The Roberts Court.”

But we’d still need one more defection which seems unlikely.
