To Our Purported Overlords: No Right To Steal From the Commons, Nor to Piss In the Pool
Instead of listening to unending torrents of threats and lies, the sane caring people should speak up and speak out—clearly and directly.
Hey, Nestlé’s! It’s CRUNCH time.
An immoral and clueless CEO of Nestlé,s infamously said that people have no right to water. He said this as his company stole and profited from the public waters in Canada, near drought-stricken Los Angeles, Florida, and taking so much from the French town of Vittel that the taps for residents literally ran dry, for their brands Perrier, San Pelligrino, Arrowhead and Acqua Panna.
These actions by Nestles executives and countless other actions by soulless corporations, who work in partnership with politicians they fund, are crimes against humanity. No piece of legislation making them acceptable or legal can change or alter this.
This is theft from the commons. This is, in it’s clearest form, the essence of the system that has knowingly spent decades ruining the planet Earth, destroying our children’s future, and dooming all of the species of the biosphere—for petty personal greed and an ideology that is literally insane.
Now, the Nestlé’s example is an old one, and that CEO is long gone and even the corporation has changed since…
