Toxic Air Brought to You By Wall Street and Washington, D.C. Will Be Visiting the Planet-Destroyers on Their Home Turf.
Wall Street and Washington, D.C. are on Earth and as vulnerable to the consequences of climate abuse as anywhere else.
A toxic orange cloud of smoke descended on its creators — on Wall Street — a few weeks back. Now, it will be visiting its paid defenders in Washington, D.C. This won’t immediately, or perhaps ever, wake up the climate criminals and get them to end their ongoing crimes against humanity. They will probably die from their own smoke before they will stop creating it.
They are that addicted to their own hubris, to their own dependency on money and oil. They are incapable of acting intelligently, even to protect themselves or their offspring from a horrible and unnecessary death.
It’s tragic but, to my embarrassment, I find it entertaining. I remember, for example, an idiot in Congress bringing a snowball onto the chamber floor to “prove” that global warming was a hoax. (At the time, the slightly more honest phrase “global warming” was still in use; now the downright Orwellian “climate change” is the favored term. But it’s not favored by me. I use terms like climate abuse or climate criminals and climate crimes against humanity. Or simply, plutocratic climate extinction.) I’d like to…
