Ummm. Burning fossil fuels IS the core part of the chemical process causing our climate catastrophe. While I may share your disdain for capitalism and endless growth, if you stop burning fossil fuels—and yes, it can be done—you make a huge positive change.

Sadly, enormous damage has been done. But to diminish the value of replacing fossil fuels with those that don’t put CO2 into the air is a misplaced bit of clickbait.
