Very interesting. I’ve been to Prague but mostly saw the beautiful city center.

I think that it’s easy to forget that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and tastes change. My wife and I bought a mid-century modern unit in an I.M. Pei designed building. The CB outside is, well, spare. And I originally considered the group of three towers to be downright ugly. But historically, they were a key part of a plan the rejuvenated a historic part of Philadelphia. With the help of those towers and some financial incentives, a whole neighborhood of colonial building that were in disrepair were restored.

From the inside, the units in the towers are very comfortable and the views from the giant windows are breathtaking.
