War Never Needs to Be Profitable; But We Need A Financial Incentive To Preserve the Earth for Our Children?!
Let’s be very direct about why the Earth is dying —our leaders are too selfish and stupid to preserve it. And, up until now, we have been following their lead.
How sick is our civilization? We fetishize war and worship war veterans — even as we step over their homeless bodies on our sidewalks.
Everything military, everything that promotes mass violence and killing in our culture, is okay, even praiseworthy. Here on Earth, there are plenty of supporters of violence — right now, one passionate group wants to kill Jewish Israelis while another, with equal passion, wants to kill Palestinian Arabs.
Sadly, no visible movement exists that opposes killing.
What the hell is wrong with everybody? I’ll tell you: we let fools decide what we talk about and what the parameters of the conversation will be — and those people are insane.
