A lot of guys are really mad about this. They are missing the point because, well, they are still so damn selfish.
Men—it isn’t about you. You think everything is about you, which is a big clue about where your head is at.
Look, I don’t think I’m oppressing women, or that I’m their enemy. I was furious when the SCOTUS—that august body that has 2 (known) sex abusers on it—chose to deny women control of their own bodies. I canvassed for Kamala Harris for weeks, hoping she could beat the aging rapist who ran against her.
She lost. The rapist won. I still call him the rapist because that, to me, is the most pertinent fact about him: it sums up his values, his character, his intentions. That the orange guy is an unrepentant sex abuser and that MEN OVERWHELMINGLY SUPPORTED AND VOTED FOR HIM is the big take away from this election.

I get it. Women get it. We all know that not every man voted for Trump. We understand that many men are upset, oppose misogyny and actually see women as complete human beings worthy of equal rights.
