We are going to change society for the better. We are going to restore the humanity to our species—and create a genuine human community based on empathy and caring. And that same force will stop oil and stabilize the Earth’s climate—although we will need to live with the damage already done. That’s a permanent lesson to NEVER allow bad leaders to lead by ideology or greed or ego.

We will do this by creating small online communities committed to stopping oil and establishing kinder relationships. The first of these have begun. They are called Virtual Climate Parties. So, far there is only one such group. But we will multiply and spread. The old guard will become irrelevant and powerless, because love beats hate; kindness beats selfishness; reality beats ideology. And a living Earth beats a dead husk of used up resources.
