We are living in a society that is unwilling or incapable of handing a habitable planet to the next generation.

We don’t need to simply restore women’s rights. We need to removed the failed leaders and failed systems that have brought our species to the brink of extinction.

We need to put in young leaders who—unlike the adults—are mature and responsible. And let them—with the help of scientists and engineers—restore the planet to health.

Business and political leaders and their institutions and systems are complete failures and must be retired immediately.
