We are on the same page. We have not yet gotten traction on recruiting but we are still near the beginning. I’ll have a better sense a few months down the road. There are a handful of initial core tactics we plan to try. One or more may show promise. Or none and we’ll need to try other tactics.

I can say this: I personally will never give up.
